Marc J. Grossman, MD
Drs. Barkin, Rockower and Wowk are Board
Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic
Surgeons, and are Fellows of the American Academy
of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Mitchell is
Board-Eligible, and we expect he will get his
certification in the coming months.
Dr. Grossman is a Physiatrist, specializing in Physical
Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Our Physical Therapists are:
Greg Mesa, MSPT
Greg has recently joined our team from Colorado. He
is our Director. He has expertise in running PT
Clinics, and has years of hands-on skills. We
welcome him to our team!
Hiza Mbwana, DPT
Dr. Mbwana is also a recent graduate of NorthEastern
University, also with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
He grew up in New York, and is very pleased to be in
Maryland with us. He brings skill, caring, and
enthusiasm to our Therapy Department.
Caroline Black, PT
Caroline had worked for a number of years at various
Therapy facilities in the DC area, and brings 15 years
of experience with her. She is also an officer in the US
Naval Reserve, and has worked with active duty
soldiers at the Bethesda Naval Hospital.
Kemi Okunseinde, PT
Kemi is our part-timer, helping out for 2-3 days per
week. Her kind manner is very much appreciated by
her patients!
